Bee pollen is the male seed of a flower blossom which are collected by the honey bees and mixed with the bees' digestive enzymes. Directions: Rub a small amount into your hands until it becomes oil (this helps it absorb better). Massage into clean dry skin until absorbed. When used as a night cream, simply apply before bed. When used for diaper rashes allow the skin to dry completely then apply a thin layer over the affected area.
